Download the Umpire Work Record (see below), enter your name and the game date and time.
Print them out and get the rest of the information completed neatly and accurately at
each game you umpire. Remember to include the date and time of your game, your name, notes,
teams and if the game was completed.

DO NOT TURN THESE IN! Keep them and bring them with
you to payday. This is different from previous years!

Once you commit to a game, it becomes your responsiblity to find a replacement should you
become unavailable for that game at a later date. Any changes must be reported to the
Director of Umpires.

Umpires are expected to bring a ball counter and a plate brush to every game. PTBA will
provide other necessary equipment: a face mask, chest protector and shinguards.
