PTBA Registration

| Here's how to register your child to play PTBA baseball: |
| 1. |
Print a Registration Form for each child you wish to register.
|
| 2. |
Read the form carefully and fill it out with all of the requested information.
|
| 3. |
Sign and date the form(s). |
| 4. |
Bring the completed, signed form(s) along with a check for the
total registration fee
PLUS $50 for the fundraiser lotto book to either of the registration sessions at the
Peters Township Community Rec Center.
