2012 Travel baseball forms are below. The first is the parental acknowledgement of eligibility. This form will allow PTBA to consider your child for placement on a travel team. The second form is the guidelines for participation and the selection process. Please understand travel requires a 100% commitment during the month of July to all tournaments and games. If you are unable or unwilling to commit to attending 100% of the games PTBA does offer summer recreational league that does not require a play commitment. All forms are due by Saturday the 19th. Goals of PTBA

• Play fairly by the rules of the game and the league. Make our managers better teachers and positive motivators by understanding what to do and how to teach it.
• Only the use of positive reinforcement is considered appropriate. Improve our players’ athletic skills, their knowledge of the game, their physical condition, their ability to control their emotions, their feelings of positive self worth, and their understanding of the importance of sportsmanship.
• Make the experience for our players fun, while at the same time teaching them the skills and strategies of the game and how to be respectful teammates and opponents.
